Senior Product Designer at Workleap

2020–Now

Leading design on Workleap Officevibe and focusing on short- and long-term projects, including employee experience, engagement, belonging, recognition and first-time experience. As an independent contributor, I enjoy pairing with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders to solve tricky problems for our users. I coach and mentor other product designers and have established best practices and processes to improve creativity, efficiency and transparency.

Leading Workleap’s Design Systems craft and research, I develop best practices and patterns library to offer my team the best-in-class means to bring Workleap’s platform and products to life.

As a Design community leader, I build a lasting design culture at Workleap. Putting a spotlight on our designers internally and externally and connecting them to growth opportunities.

During my time here, I’ve worked on Pulse Survey, Custom Surveys, Good Vibes, First-time experience, Design Systems, and many improvements to Officevibe.

Teaching and crafting courses for the User Experience Design certificate at the University of Toronto. Showing the foundations of visual design, design validation and user experience to a variety of learners. Mentoring and supporting their progress to give them the tools to grow as designers.
